I started this painting during Covid lockdown and then stopped working on it for over a year. I finished it just a few weeks ago, and decided to enter it into this exhibit at the last minute. I was using a blow dryer to get the sides dry in time for the show. Is it me or is it always when you need the painting fast that the paint refuses to dry? I believe the culprit colors in this case were (Gamblin) Dioxazine Purple and Sap Green. :)
