Custom Painting Deposit – 72"x45" Shell Key Preserve | Dean & Janice

This is a 50% deposit ($4,000) toward a custom original painting by Anne Zimmerman Briand.

Project Overview:
A 72"x45" contemporary impressionist painting capturing the shimmering aqua waters and natural beauty of Shell Key Preserve. This custom piece is designed to be the centerpiece of your living space, using colors that harmonize with your home’s elegant neutrals and organic textures.

Includes:

• Original painting, 72"x45"

• Custom frame (to be selected by the client from several curated options)

• Complimentary professional installation at your convenience
  

• Final 50% balance due upon delivery

Timeline:
Estimated completion: 4–6 weeks following approval of composition and palette studies and receipt of this deposit.

Terms & Conditions:

By submitting this deposit, the client agrees to the following:

• This 50% deposit secures the project and covers materials, design, and the artist’s time. It is non-refundable once work has begun.

• The final 50% ($4,000) is due upon delivery and installation of the completed artwork.

• The concept sketches and color studies are intended to guide the overall composition and palette. They are conceptual in nature and not exact representations. The final painting will reflect the approved direction but will evolve during the artistic process into a fully realized, expressive, and even more beautiful finished work.
  
  

• One round of composition/palette feedback is included. Additional revisions may incur an additional fee and may extend the project timeline.
  

• The artwork will be framed and installed at the client’s location, coordinated upon completion.

• In the event of scheduling delays or unforeseen circumstances, both parties will work in good faith to adjust the delivery timeline if needed.

• The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights to the final image and may produce limited edition prints or derivatives.
